Occasionally due to weather and other unforseen problems, fedex (or airlines) bump freight. That means your crawfish don’t fly, and don’t show up. It’s nothing that we have done wrong, it just happens. We do guarantee it though. This means that either we ship more crawfish to you, or we give you your money back.
